Zoom Video Conferencing allows users to sign up for free and use their system in a limited way without payment. However, the features and configurations that are needed at OneSchool Global - North America require all staff and teachers to have a PRO or Licensed account that is licensed and setup properly.
In order to check if you have a PRO or Licensed account please follow the instructions below in the category you wish to verify this information.
Zoom Website
To check if you have a PRO account via the Zoom Website follow the instruction below:
- Go to https://zoom.us/signin or https://na-oneschoolglobal.zoom.us/profile
- Log in to your account using your @na.oneschoolglobal.com email address
- If you are not logging in with your school email address, you are probably not using a PRO account issued from OneSchool Global - North America and will need to email support@na.oneschoolglobal.com to request a PRO account.
- After you log in to your account, go to your Profile Page ( https://zoom.us/profile). You should see "Licensed" or "PRO" in the User Type section as seen in the red box below:
- If your account is not listed as "Licensed" please email support@na.oneschoolglobal.com to request a PRO account.
Zoom App
To check if you have a PRO account via the Zoom App on your computer follow the instruction below:
- Open the Zoom App on your computer.
- Log into your account using your @na.oneschoolglobal.com email address
- If you are not logging in with your school email address, you are probably not using a PRO account issued from OneSchool Global - North America and will need to email support@na.oneschoolglobal.com to request a PRO account.
- After you log in to your account, click once on your profile picture or initials seen in the upper right hand corner of the application. You should see PRO to the right of your name as seen in the red box below:
- If your account is not listed as "PRO" or "LICENSED" please email support@na.oneschoolglobal.com to request a PRO account.
